Justin has been Creative and Design Director in Australia and Europe’s leading design and branding studios, including Billy Blue Creative Studio, London’s iconic Conran Design Group and senior roles at London’s Identica, SAS, Landor, Lloyd Northover. During this time he had the opportunity to spearhead major brand and retail projects across Europe and the Middle East. He draws upon significant knowledge gained from a career working in Europe. This international outlook helps to ensure End of Work processes, people, strategic and creative output are of the highest standard.
The breadth of clients Justin has worked for during his career is immense – ranging from the likes of Visa, Puma, Nestle, Xstrata, Petrofac, Ok Tedi, KPMG, Lend Lease and Glaxo Smith Kline to Tourism Australia, Kingfisher, Mothercare, Meet the Greek and Molton Brown. Justin’s work has been highly awarded, winning Australia’s highest accolade for Graphic Design the AGDA Pinnacle Award, Judges Choice and many AGDA design distinctions, Australian writers and art directors pencil, five typographic excellence awards at the New York Type Directors club. He guest lectures at AGDA and in Sydney’s elite design schools, is regularly published in design publications and blogs across the world.
Goran's focus is on building engaging client relationships, as well as the management of the End of Work business as Managing Partner. His 15 years of working with corporate and retail clients provides a wealth of experience. Goran’s driving passion is to provide brands with leadership, direction and vision. With his creativity, meticulous management and scrupulous eye for design detail, every brand Goran works with benefits from his big picture thinking and eye for the detail.
Goran’s background encompasses areas as diverse as a Senior creative on retail environments, corporate brand communications, information design and signage systems. Spending six years with Billy Blue Creative Studio, Goran worked on a range of respected brands including Challenger, AMP, Lend Lease, Tourism Sydney, Tourism NSW, Getty Images, and Coal & Allied. Following this, Goran made a shift to owning his own design studio, Taste Creative. Over 8 years Goran cemented his business management skills, leadership and created engaging, relevant communications for a nationwide audience.
With a flair for experiential and environmental design, Goran has also created branded spaces for Cargo Bar & Lounge, Crystal Car Wash, M1 Mounties Health Clubs, Autohaus One, Bay Vista Dessert Bar, and Rise Bakery Café. Having worked across every sector from finance to the arts, he has developed a distinct sense of perspective.
Over the past 18 years Geordie has helped create groundbreaking design for some of the nation’s leading brands. He has been instrumental in delivering integrated print and digital corporate communications for Australia’s top blue chip clients. From global businesses to local burger bars, Geordie’s focus at End of Work is crafting truly beautiful design work and solving problems through creativity. Geordie has been Creative and Design Director for some of Australia’s leading design studios including Billy Blue Creative Studio, Nova Design and 10 years at Precinct. Geordie has led high-profile projects for Nike, Woolworths, Insurance Australia Group, Westfield, Optus, Sydney Water, Rice Daubney, Energy Australia, Sydney Film Festival and the Australian Graphic Design Association.
Along the way, Geordie’s work has been recognised with countless Australian and International awards, including AGDA Judges’ Choice Awards, Young Guns awards, and several certificates in typographic excellence from New York Type Directors Club. He has guest lectured for AGDA, is regularly published in design publications and blogs across the world.

Zoë can be counted on to deliver impeccable results – on time, on budget and with a smile. She helps gather an understanding of project objectives and the constraints of time, cost and scope. From brief to delivery, Zoë is the interface between the creative or production team and the client.
From complex corporate reporting suites to branded environments, Zoë is always across the detail to help deliver the End of Work Partners big picture thinking. Every client benefits from her dedication, commitment, communication and calming nature. Since starting her career in the field of education, in the past 10 years Zoë has gone on to accumulate a comprehensive understanding of marketing and communications through her experience in Client Services. Previously based in London, Zoë spent several years at London’s Radley Yeldar, a leading Corporate Communications company. Here she gained invaluable experience managing a huge variety of projects, including branding, corporate reporting, online communications, print production and employee engagement. Zoë also founded and coordinated Radley Yeldar’s Corporate Responsibility program, which operated on local, national and global levels. Zoë managed the ‘How does it Stack up?’ the corporate reporting benchmarking document, widely used by the UK’s FTSE 100 companies.
Since returning to Australia, Zoë has worked for several respected agencies managing major accounts including Lend Lease, NAB, Qantas, Pizza Hut, Woolworths and Purina. Now a key part of the End of Work team, she keeps our clients informed and our projects on track, from start to finish.
