Ilim College is an Islamic school in Melbourne. The School caters for students from preschool through to year 12 across five campuses, and is heavily informed by Muslim ideals and values.

As one of the fastest growing schools in Victoria, and with five different principals, the School suffered from fractured and mismatched communications. A lack of focus or a coherent voice meant its communications were devoid of emotion and relied on Islamic clichés and symbolism.

End of Work was engaged to rebrand the College from top to bottom, unifying its communications and giving them a clear narrative. A strong brand system and voice means the School is now instantly recognisable, resulting in increased interest in the School from prospective parents, as well as higher engagement from staff and students.
