The rollout of the NBN is opening up opportunities for growth for Telcos. iPrimus, a household name for Internet services, wanted to seize those opportunities. Working with our colleagues at Growth Mantra who set out to create a new strategy to revitalise the brand for growth. With a strategic ideology that placed customers at the centre of everything, we discovered it’s about us. Customers – all of us. Everyone. Those two little letters at the end of iPrimus and their underline are what bind the new brand communications together and tell the world what iPrimus is about.
During design thinking workshops we discovered innovative ways to deliver flexible Internet packages to customers. We co-created ideas such as ‘pause your Internet while on holidays’ to reduce data usage, ‘us time’ and ‘customised plans’ to suit family sizes. The results are new product packages, refreshed verbal and visual identity and a connected single-minded proposition delivered across all marketing communications.
